Admitted to the Paris Bar, Louis Le Roy primarily practices corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and changes of control. He also advises CEOs and shareholders on corporate management, governance, and restructuring.

In addition, Louis has expertise in private equity, where he advises both CEOs and shareholders, as well as investment funds, on fundraising, venture capital, and leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions.

He joined Squair in September 2024, following his final internship there. He has also gained prior experience at firms such as Deloitte Société d’Avocats and Fidal.

Louis holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Caen, as well as a Certificate in specialized studies in corporate law issued by the Fédération Nationale pour le Droit de l’Entreprise (FNDE) at the University of Montpellier.
