Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, Elodie Santiago has developed extensive expertise in business litigation and procedure. She assists and represents her customers before the courts (civil, commercial and criminal), administrative and disciplinary tribunals, as well as in out-of-court discussions.

Elodie's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, disputes between partners/shareholders and the defense of regulated and non-regulated professions (asset management consultants, financial investment advisors, chartered accountants, architects, legal professionals, healthcare professionals).

Her experience in litigation is a major asset to her consulting activity, as she assists her clients in the realization of their professional projects (creation of practice structures, drafting of contracts, general terms and conditions, etc.).

Before joining Squair, Elodie worked for over ten years in the Litigation Department of Taylor Wessing. She also holds a bilingual Master 2 in French law/common law from the University of Paris X (Nanterre) - and an LLM from the University of Reading (UK).
