The Competition, distribution & consumer team is composed of partners trained in leading firms in competition, concentration and distribution law.

We assist our clients, both in advice and in the context of litigation procedures, on all aspects of French or European competition law: control of concentrations and lack of notification, investigations by competition authorities, cases of cartel and abuse of a dominant position, or cases of cartel and abuse of a dominant position, or of State aid or control of foreign subsidies. We also advise and represent our clients in the areas of distribution law, restrictive practices, compensation claims, foreign investment control and consumer law.

With a presence in Paris, Lyon and Aix-Marseille, our team provides an extremely reactive and privileged presence and support when necessary, in particular during visits and seizures and investigations by competition authorities.

We intervene for our clients before the competent courts (commercial courts, Paris Court of Appeal, criminal judge or prosecutor's office) or national competition authorities (Competition Authority, DGCCRF) as well as before the European authorities in charge of competition law (European Commission, Court and Court of Justice of the European Union) as well as before the European authorities in charge of competition law (European Commission, Court and Court of Justice of the European Union).

Involved in associations of competition professionals, our partners have built a network including economists and renowned foreign correspondents allowing a detailed understanding of all the issues of economic law and coordination with the various authorities concerned in the context of cross-border procedures.
