In mergers and acquisitions, the team intervenes for buyers or sellers, on acquisition audits (with the support of our internal teams with transversal skills), the negotiation of the terms and conditions of the transaction and the preparation of all the documents required to carry out the transaction.

In development capital and leveraged transactions, the team works alongside management, investment funds or sellers.

For mergers and acquisitions that are subject to bank or mezzanine financing and for leveraged transactions, our financing team intervenes on these aspects in coordination with our corporate law lawyers.

In venture capital/innovation capital, the team works alongside founders or investors for transactions of all sizes, ranging from seed to series B, C and D.
