General conditions of use

These general conditions of use (the” CGU ”) are published by Squair OP, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 50,000 euros, whose head office is located at 29, rue Saint Petersburg, 75008 Paris, France and registered under the number 843 916 982 RCS Paris (” Squair ”). Their purpose is to define the conditions of use of the site. www.squairlaw.com (the” Site ”).

By browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted, in their entirety, and without reservation, these T&Cs, and you undertake to respect them.

1. Access

Squair makes every effort to make the Site accessible at all times without being bound by any obligation to do so.

5. Consumers

6. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
