A member of the Montpellier Bar since 2009, Amandine assists entrepreneurs, project developers and liberal professionals in all phases of their business development, with a particular focus on corporate, M&A and business contracts.

Convinced of the urgency for every organization to act with respect for its ecosystem and to prioritize global performance, Amandine integrates CSR strategy into her support: sustainability issues and information, extra-financial valuation and transition.

Amandine is actively involved in professional networks and in raising awareness in the business world, and spent five years setting up and developing the COPELLA firm, the first Société à Mission firm in Montpellier, before joining Squair as a partner.

Amandine holds a Master 2 in Business Contract Law (Montpellier Faculty of Law and Political Science).
