Squair advises Fastea Capital, Ademe Investissement and Eiffage on raising funds for CSBT Environnement

Fastea Capital, Ademe Investissement and Eiffage have closed the financing operation for CSBT Environnement, a company created in 2020 to build a factory and set up a service for the collection and recovery of Saint-Jacques shell waste.

More specifically, the CSBT Environnement project consists in transforming shells into a sustainable raw material, calcium carbonate, thus participating in the circular economy and ecological transition.

This operation takes the form of a capital increase in the amount of 13 million euros.
