Member of the Lyon Bar since 2017, Yasmina is a corporate lawyer assisting entrepreneurs and corporate clients, including healthcare in their M&A transactions and restructuring operations. She also advises partners and managers on corporate and governance issues, private equity and transmission.

Prior to Squair, Yasmina has worked in the banking and finance sector and then for top law firms (CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon and Akilys Avocats Lyon).

Yasmina is a graduate from the Institute of Political Studies of Bordeaux and holds a Master II in Business Management and a Master II in Business Law and Taxation – DJCE. She speaks English and Italian.
