Our Financing team is composed of lawyers working alongside financial institutions (debt funds and banking institutions) as well as companies, in the structuring and implementation of financing or refinancing transactions, in France and internationally.

Our lawyers assist their clients in matters of corporate financing, real estate financing or project financing and intervene in both banking and bond matters (unitranche or mezzanine). We also support our clients in the area of innovative financing. In particular, we offer in-depth expertise in the structuring of investment funds and debts, as well as in the implementation of ad hoc financing solutions such as equity bridge financing solutions.

Our diversified and flexible approach allows us to develop a perfect understanding of market challenges and the specific needs of our customers, thus offering them pragmatic and operational solutions.

We operate in France as close as possible to clients thanks to the various offices of the firm located in Paris and in the regions but also on international transactions, in particular thanks to the support of the Andersen network, of which Squair is a part.
