Based in France, Angela supports companies in carrying out their commercial development and specific operations such as partnerships, joint ventures, “turnkey” industrial solutions, IP licenses, distribution, sales,... in France and internationally. She also provides her clients with expertise on all issues related to employment law: hiring, dismissals, audits, “downsizing” complexes and reorganizations.
