Arnaud acts as monitoring counsel or to represent companies and/or insured persons before the courts in the context of claims likely to engage their liability and trigger guarantees. He also assists insurance companies and banking and financial institutions in the implementation of financial guarantees and bond contracts.

In terms of civil and commercial litigation, Arnaud assists his clients in complex disputes, in which he applies his experience and practice in civil enforcement proceedings. Finally, Arnaud supports his clients - industrial groups, real estate companies, insurance companies, financial institutions, SMEs..., to preserve and enforce their rights in the event of the failure of their partners or co-contractors.

Arnaud started his career at SCP Cordelier & Associés in 1998, before joining Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés in 2001 - now LPA-CGR - where he became a partner in 2016, then Squair in January 2024.
