Astrid Briquet is an expert in banking and financial law, with a particular focus on regulatory. She assists her clients - fintechs, banks, and other financial institutions - in structuring their activities and ensuring compliance. Astrid advises on all regulatory matters, particularly those involving new technologies and innovative services.

Astrid began her career in the investment funds sector and financing before specializing in financial services, including banking, payment, and investment services.

A member of the Paris Bar Association, Astrid has experience in both Anglo-Saxon and French law firms. She founded her own practice focused on regulatory in banking and financing before joining Squair.

Astrid holds an advanced Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and a dual Master’s degree in Business Law and Management from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
