Axelle has an expertise in employment law and assists companies (startups, SMEs and large groups) operating in various sectors of activity, both in terms of advice and in the context of initial negotiations or litigation.
She develops strategies and concrete solutions at the service of companies in terms of individual employment relationships - in particular disciplinary procedures and dismissals, modifications of employment contracts, adaptations of non-competition clauses, non-poaching/solicitation and mobility, delimitation of variable remuneration, supervision of telework - and advises managers in their relationships with the CSE and staff representatives. She also assists employers and senior managers in the delicate phase of departure negotiations and in the social and fiscal treatment of severance benefits paid to the employee.
At the same time, Axelle has developed specific expertise in the media sector and advises companies in the management of their permanent, intermittent and journalist staff, in the legal security of specific contracts such as CDDUs, and in various types of litigation specific to this sector of activity (seniority bonuses, reality TV, requalification into permanent contracts, dismissal compensation and Court of Arbitration for Journalists, etc.).
Axelle worked at Lafarge Associés and Deprez Guignot & Associés (DDG). She was a lecturer in advanced employment law at Panthéon-Sorbonne University for several years.
