Aymeric has been a lawyer since 2015 and is involved in public business law. He mainly works in public procurement law (contracts, concessions and global contracts), both in advice and in litigation. He leads training seminars and acts as an external teacher in public contract law at ESSEC Business School (MS DAIM).

Focused on construction and public works law, Aymeric has developed a solid experience in supporting construction and infrastructure projects, from the award to the execution of contracts, as well as in the context of contractual and financial disputes or related to contractual and legal guarantees (pre-contractual summary and legal guarantees (pre-contractual summary and contractual actions, preventive summary proceedings and contractual actions, preventive summary proceedings and expert advice, claims and remedies for compensation, warranty claims). Its customers are at the same time public construction owners, project managers and public works companies.

In addition, Aymeric works in the Social and Solidarity Economy sector with private and public operators whose activity concerns social housing, culture and third places. In particular, he has developed his expertise in the structuring of legal and corporate schemes (SCIC and cooperatives, associations, foundations and endowment funds, cooperation centers, etc.) and the management of public-private projects.

Aymeric worked for several years in Parisian firms (JeantetAssociés, DS Avocats, Parme Avocats), as well as in large companies in the construction (Vinci Concessions — Vinci Group) and water (Vinci Group Vinci) and water (SAUR Group) sectors, before joining Squair in 2024.
