Benjamin intervenes in French tax law in a French and international context. He advises both French and foreign companies (listed companies and SMEs) and natural persons on all their tax issues.

Benjamin also works with investment funds in the context of their mergers and acquisitions transactions and for the needs of their French real estate investments.

In particular, Benjamin assists his clients, individuals and companies, in the context of their tax audits and litigation, areas in which he has developed expertise.

Before joining Squair, Benjamin worked for leading firms (Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Ernst&Young and FTPA).
