Caroline has extensive experience in issues raised by digital technology and innovation. She works on issues relating to the protection of personal data and cybersecurity (audit and compliance with the RGPD, data breach, staff training, etc.) and new technologies (IT contracts, Internet and digital law, e-commerce, etc.), as well as in economic law (commercial contracts, commercial relationships, consumer law, digital law, e-commerce, etc.), as well as in economic law (commercial contracts, commercial relationships, consumer law, advertising, etc.). She has a very good knowledge of European regulations on these various subjects and regularly supports her clients in the context of multi-jurisdictional studies and international projects.
Its clients are both startups (business model validation, MVP legal support, etc.) as well as SMEs/ETIs, leaders of innovative projects and operating in various sectors (e-commerce, health, luxury, entertainment, entertainment, entertainment, entertainment, transport, regulated sectors, etc.).
Caroline teaches e-commerce law and contract negotiation & drafting as part of the M2 International Business & Law at the Catholic University of Lille/IESEG.
Before joining Squair, Caroline worked for six years in the IPT department of the international business firm DLA Piper (including a few months in Hong Kong), and more recently in the Personal Data team at Delsol Avocats.
