César Fattah

Member of the Paris Bar since 2014, César deals with insolvency situations and business litigation. In this capacity, he advises companies and their managers in dealing with their financial difficulties or those of their business partners, whether at the preventive or collective proceedings stage, and all litigation situations arising therefrom (liability and sanctions of managers, litigation relating to verification of liabilities and claims).

More generally, César acts before all civil, commercial and criminal jurisdictions, in disputes relating to economic activity (commercial litigation) and corporate law (conflicts between partners, dismissal and liability of directors, post-acquisition disputes). He regularly assists his clients in the out-of-court settlement of disputes.

Prior to joining Squair, César spent five years with the restructuring team at international law firm DLA Piper LLP, before broadening his practice to include business litigation at Largo Avocats. He is fluent in English.

César holds a Master 2 in Business Law and is a graduate of the Magistère de Droit des Activités Économiques at the University of Paris I - La Sorbonne. He is a member of the Association des Praticiens du Contentieux des Affaires.
