A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2014, César intervenes in the treatment of corporate difficulties and in business litigation. In this capacity, he advises companies and their managers in dealing with their economic difficulties or those of their partners, whether at the stage of preventive or collective proceedings, and all the resulting litigation situations (liability and sanctions of managers, disputes related to the verification of liabilities and claims).
More generally, César intervenes before all civil, commercial and criminal courts, in disputes related to economic activity (commercial litigation) and company law (conflicts between partners, dismissal and liability of managers, post-acquisition disputes). He regularly assists his clients in the context of amicable dispute resolution processes.
Before joining Squair, César worked for five years in the restructuring team at the international firm DLA Piper LLP, then expanded his practice to business litigation at Largo Avocats. He speaks English fluently.
César is a member of the Association of Business Litigation Practitioners.
