A lawyer since 2014, Charlotte advises, assists and defends companies of all sizes (startups, VSE/SMEs and groups) and from all sectors (insurance, construction, design offices, IT, pharmacy, health...) as well as executives on all issues relating to employment law (individual and collective relationships) and social protection.

As such, she has developed particular expertise in the optimization, organization and management of working time: annual package in days, fixed amount in hours, annualization of working time, overtime, overtime, teleworking...

Charlotte has also written or co-authored several articles in journals specialized in social law (Lamy Social Week, Social Legal Week, etc.) and regularly provides training courses on various topics in labor law for companies.

Charlotte worked for several years in renowned Parisian law firms in employment law (Capstan Avocats, Advant Altana) then set sail for Nantes where she created her own law firm there before joining Squair as a partner.
