Chloé has developed an expertise in media and intellectual property law, in the audiovisual, performing arts, music, literature and communication sectors.
Its clientele consists mainly of audiovisual and phonographic producers, show producers, producers of shows, literary publishers, advertising and influencer marketing agencies, authors, artists and athletes. Chloé supports its clients throughout the process of creating, operating and distributing content. She advises them in the context of the drafting and negotiation of their contracts and ensures their representation before all courts (civil, commercial and criminal).
At the same time, Chloé teaches intellectual property law as part of professional and university courses focused on sound and image professions.
A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2011, Chloé began her career at CBR & Associés, renowned for its practice in the music and audiovisual sector. She created her firm in 2019, before joining Squair as a partner in order to be able to offer her clients more transversal support.
