Chloé Laboudie intervenes in all areas of intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, copyrights, designs and models, patents and trade secrets) and, more generally, on issues of unfair and parasitic competition, image and privacy rights, image and privacy rights, influence law, influence law, advertising law, both in advice and in litigation.
In particular, Chloé assists its clients in negotiating and drafting their contracts (assignments, licenses, licenses, coexistence agreements, co-ownership agreements, R&D agreements, etc.) and in the implementation of their intellectual property processes and policies (remuneration of employee inventions, implementation of an internal policy to protect trade secrets, implementation of an internal policy to protect trade secrets, establishment of an internal policy to protect trade secrets, awareness of the collection of evidence to establish the reputation or distinctive character of a brand, request for customs intervention, etc.).).
In addition, Chloé assists its clients, both in demand and in defense, before the French courts, the INPI and the EUIPO, in particular in the context of opposition proceedings, nullity actions, revocation actions, forfeiture actions, seizures, counterfeiting actions, counterfeiting actions and unfair and parasitic competition actions. In particular, Chloé has acquired significant experience in litigation related to copyright in the field of photography and audiovisual as well as in the protection of trade secrets.
Chloé began her career at the English firm Olswang LLP before following her team to create the law firm Taliens, where she worked as an associate for seven years. Chloé was also seconded for six months to the luxury group Richemont International in Switzerland as a Maison Lead. Chloé is an active member of APRAM (“Association of Trademark and Model Law Practitioners”) where she is the vice-president of the “IP in the economy” commission.
