Chloé's area of expertise covers transactional and non-transactional works in all areas of intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, designs, patents and trade secrets) and, more broadly, issues relating to unfair competition and parasitic behaviors, image and privacy rights, commercial influence and advertising law.

Chloé notably assists her clients in negotiating and drafting their agreements (assignments, licenses, coexistence agreements, co-ownership agreements, R&D agreements, etc.) and in implementing their intellectual property processes and policies (remuneration of employee’s inventions, defining internal policies to protect trade secrets, raising awareness on the gathering of evidence to establish the reputation of a trade mark or its distinctive character, customs action requests, etc.).

Chloé also assists her clients before French courts, the INPI (French Office for industrial property) and the EUIPO, in opposition proceedings, cancellation actions, revocation actions, seizure for infringement, infringement and unfair competition actions. Chloé has acquired a great experience in copyright litigations in the photography and audiovisual fields, as well as in the protection of trade secrets.

Chloé graduated with a master degree DJCE from the University of Toulouse Capitole and a master degree in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property from Paris Assas. Chloé began her career within the English law firm Olswang LLP before following the members of her team to found Taliens where she was associate for seven years. Chloé joined the luxury Switzerland based Richemont International group as a Maison Lead for a six months secondment. Chloé is an active member of the APRAM (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners), where she is in charge of the Vice-Presidency of the “IP in the economy” commission.
