Clara Toubert is an expert in real estate, corporate and asset finance. With her dual experience in advising lenders and borrowers, she assists her clients in structuring and negotiating financing documentation for their investment projects.

Clara has significant experience in real estate financing (acquisition financing for office complexes, logistics warehouses, VEFA financing, etc.) and refinancing, and also handles bilateral and syndicated bank financing, including ESG performance criteria.

A member of the Paris Bar, Clara joined Squair in June 2024 after six years with Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris.

Clara holds a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Magistère de Droit des Activités Économiques (MDAE) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
