Damien is a lawyer at the Lyon Bar. He assists companies and their managers before commercial and civil courts in the resolution of their commercial, industrial and real estate disputes.

He also practices in transport law on behalf of transporters and logisticians specifically in the field of road freight transport.

Damien worked for 8 years in the Dispute Resolution Department at Fidal Lyon before joining Axten. He then created his firm in 2018 and decided to join Squair as a partner in order to be able to provide comprehensive legal support to his clients.
