Emilie Waxin

About

Emilie is a French lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 2010. She is an expert in business law, where she advises her clients more specifically on litigation (shareholders’ disputes, warranties, unfair competition, commercial litigation) and business criminal law (abuse of corporate assets, breach of trust, harassment, deceit, etc.)

Emilie has also been a rider and fond of horse riding for many years. That's the reason why she focuses her practice mainly on equine law, where she assists various players of the industry (organisations, riders, professionals, breeders and stud owners, service providers, owners, trainers, jockeys, etc.) in structuring their activities and any disputes that may affect them.

Before joining Squair, Emilie has been an associate in several Parisian and Luxembourg business law firms and then set up her own structure in 2017.

She holds degrees in business law (Magistère de droit des affaires - DJCE from the University Panthéon-Assas-Paris II and DU de l’Institut de droit des affaires) and in equine law (DU Ethique, Bien Être et Droit du Cheval from the University Paris Descartes and DU droit Equin from the University of Limoges).
