A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Eric works in ethics and compliance, in international arbitration, in international contracts, in the field of major industrial and construction projects (financing, construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, joint ventures, consortium contracts, consortium contracts, consortium contracts, consortium contracts, securities and guarantees, guarantees, export financing...) and in the management of contracts and claims.

Before joining Squair as a partner, Eric held the positions of legal director in listed groups and was in particular Director of Legal and Contracts at VINCI Construction Grands Projets and ethical coordinator of entities in the Major Projects Division of VINCI Construction (2018-2021), Legal Ethics and Compliance Director of the Engie Group (2018-2021), Legal Ethics and Compliance Director at Engie Group (2011-18), and Deputy Legal Director at SUEZ (formerly Degrémont - 2009-2011), and Deputy Legal Director Major Projects at SUEZ (formerly Degrémont) - 2003-2009).

Eric is also very involved in various professional associations: Vice President and co-founder of the French Contract Management Association - AFCM, President of the French Technical Committee of AFNOR “Compliance and Governance of Organizations — ISO TC 309" and French Foreign Trade Advisor. He is also involved in the academic world: Co-founder, member of the Scientific Committee and lecturer at Paris II - Assas, for the postgraduate degree “Contract Management”; Co-founder, member of the Scientific Committee and lecturer at Paris I - La Sorbonne, for the postgraduate university degree “Compliance and Business Ethics”; Lecturer at Paris I - La Sorbonne in the Master II “International Criminal and Business Law”” or even Lecturer at the University of Paris-Dauphine for the “Certificate Anti-corruption compliance, vigilance & protection of personal data”.
