Gabriel intervenes in economic law, both in advice and in litigation. Gabriel advises his clients in their strategies for organizing distribution networks, the conduct of their commercial negotiations and the structuring of their pricing policies as well as in the context of control operations and inspections carried out by the administrative authorities. Gabriel also assists professional federations or associations in defending the interests of their members.
Before joining Squair, Gabriel started his career at Gide in Paris. He then joined Cadji and Numa Avocats in Aix-en-Provence. He is a member of AFEC - Association Française d'Études de la Concurrence.
