A lawyer since 2010, Julia has devoted her activity to employment law and social security law, for a clientele made up of companies from all sectors, associations and individuals. She practices both advice and litigation, and encourages the use of amicable solutions.
Julia has developed specific expertise in the law of employee caregivers (family caregivers of a vulnerable family member). She helps companies to deal with this subject as part of their social policy and assists assisting employees, by offering concrete solutions that promote peaceful and effective collaboration.
She regularly provides training on various topics of labor law and the law of employee helpers for companies and associations.
Julia worked at Capstan, then at EY law firm, before joining Squair as a partner.
