A lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar and admitted to the New York Bar, Julie assists companies (French and foreign), partners and managers to prevent and manage the strategic or reputational risks they face.

Julie thus intervenes both at the outset, in the structuring and negotiation of their contractual relationships and in the event of a conflict or investigation. Julie also carries out interim management missions, in particular to secure the risks of growing companies and promote their development.

Before joining Squair, Julie spent the majority of her career at a “Magic Circle” firm and then in a French firm with a leading team in commercial litigation and business criminal law.
