Julien has been working for more than 12 years, in advice and litigation, with public and private project owners and companies, in all their issues relating to public law in general and more particularly in the context of the award and execution of public contracts, as well as on their construction operations.

A lawyer at the Lyon Bar since 2009, he worked in leading public law firms (Adamas/Adaltys, Racine, Seban) before becoming Project Director in a consulting engineering group specialized in supporting local authorities and operators in network sectors (water, sanitation, energy, etc.).

His various experiences have allowed him to build a recognized expertise in consulting and strategy in the management of complex transactions, capable of ensuring the defense of the interests of his clients without losing sight of the operational and financial imperatives that must guarantee the successful delivery of services.

Julien is also a Real Estate Transactions Agent and was admitted to the Professional School of Mediation and Negotiation in order to be issued the Mediator's certificate, referenced by the National Center for Mediation and Arbitration.
