Luc practices in corporate law and advises a diversified clientele composed of companies of all sizes, investors and investment funds, in carrying out mergers and acquisitions, fund raising or equity investments (LBO — MBO — OBO). He also advises managers and partners in the context of company management, the implementation of governance and on restructuring operations.

Luc also has significant experience in dealing with companies in difficulties and intervenes in the context of preventive procedures (ad hoc mandate and conciliation) and collective proceedings (safeguard, receivership and judicial liquidation).

Before joining Squair, Luc worked for leading firms in Paris (Ashurst and Gibson Dunn) and Aix-en-Provence (Lamartine Conseil).
