Lutece Bigand began her career in Paris, in international arbitration and commercial litigation. A graduate of the New York Bar, she has developed solid expertise in international business law and cross-border litigation. Perfectly bilingual in English, she is in a position to assist companies and their managers in matters of an international dimension, which are often complex and have high stakes.
More generally, she also acts in business litigation, before all civil and commercial courts, in particular in commercial litigation, banking disputes, conflicts between partners, dismissal of managers and post-acquisition disputes. Convinced that the amicable route is often the most effective, Lutece favors, whenever possible, negotiated resolutions and transactional solutions, in a pragmatic, legal and human approach to the challenges of her clients.
She then moved to Bordeaux, where she worked for several years at FIDAL. Since then, she has developed expertise in supporting businesses in financial difficulty. Her objective is clear: to save the company, by mobilizing all available legal options and by building a tailor-made strategy, adapted to each situation. She intervenes in the context of collective proceedings (safeguard, receivership, judicial liquidation), supporting managers at each stage. She also assists them in litigation related to these procedures, in particular claims disputes and liability actions directed against them. Lutece also intervenes in debt restructuring, within the framework of amicable procedures such as conciliation or ad hoc mandates. She assists managers in negotiating with their creditors, whether banking, institutional or commercial players, while ensuring the balance of their economic relationships and the sustainability of their business.
Recognizing the emotional burden and stress that financial difficulties represent for a manager, Lutece is committed to offering strategic and human support, by being present at each stage of the process.
