Marie-Aude advises on capital markets transactions (IPOs, issues of shares or equity-linked securities, offers or buybacks of securities) as well as on public M&A. She regularly advises companies on stock exchange regulations, corporate law and corporate governance. She also has an extensive knowledge of regulatory issues in the financial field.
Her expertise has been recognised in the 2023 and 2022 editions of The Best Lawyers in France for capital markets law. She regularly participates in conferences and leading working groups on the financial and stock market regulatory environment.
Marie-Aude is a member of the Paris Bar. She was trained and practised as a lawyer in top tier international law firms and was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Paris before founding her own law firm. Marie-Aude is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Economics and Finance), holds a DEA in Business Law and Economic Law and a DEA in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law from the University of Paris II - Assas.
