She regularly advises companies on stock exchange regulations, corporate law and governance. She also has in-depth knowledge of regulatory issues related to the financial sector.

Marie-Aude is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She worked as a lawyer in leading international firms and was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Paris before founding her firm.
