Marie-Hélène works in tax law for companies and individuals, both in terms of legal advice and litigation. She assists companies and their managers on a day-to-day basis as well as in exceptional restructuring operations and business sale operations. She supports individuals during the structuring and transmission of their assets for a fee or free of charge; she assists them in their reporting obligations (Income Tax; Real Estate Wealth Tax, Dutreil certificates, etc.).

Marie-Hélène also has experience in international taxation (issues of tax residence, taxation of cross-border flows, trusts, regularization of assets abroad, non-residents, etc.).

During her carreer, she has also developed skills in corporate law, restructuring and transfers/acquisitions of companies or goodwill, which allows her to have a transversal vision of the subjects dealt with and to provide a better support to her clients in their business approach.

Marie-Hélène holds a Master II “Tax Law” from the University of Dijon and an International Diploma in European Tax Law in partnership with ICHEC in Brussels. She began her career in 2008 within EY Company of Lawyers, then practiced within SELARL LANGE AVOCATS in Bordeaux before joining SQUAIR in June 2024. She is a member of the "Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux" (IACF).
