Marie-Hélène has an expertise in tax law for businesses and individuals, both in terms of advice and litigation. She assists companies and their managers on a daily basis but also in the context of exceptional restructuring and business transfer operations. It assists individuals in the structuring and transmission of their assets for consideration or free of charge; it assists them in their reporting obligations (Income Tax; Real Estate Wealth Tax, Dutreil certificates, etc.).
Marie-Hélène also has solid experience in international taxation (tax residency issues, taxation of cross-border flows, trust, regularization of assets abroad, non-residents, etc.).
During her professional activity, she has also developed skills in company law, restructuring and transfers/acquisitions of companies or businesses, which allows her to have a transversal vision of the subjects dealt with and to best support her clients in their entrepreneurial approach.
Marie-Hélène started her career in 2008 at EY Société d'Avocats, then worked at SELARL Lange Avocats in Bordeaux before joining our firm in June 2024. She is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
