Marine advises clients made up of companies and industrial groups in corporate law, and in particular in the context of mergers and acquisitions and internal or external restructuring operations: spin-offs, partial transfers of assets, sale of business assets, etc.

She also regularly assists startups and investment funds in the context of seed and development capital fundraising, but also private equity transactions (LBO/MBO/OBO).

Marine was sworn in in 2009. She first worked at Avoxa and Fidal, then created and developed her own firm for nearly five years before joining Squair as a partner.
