She assists clients made up of French and foreign companies in the management of their current operations and the implementation of structuring or strategic transactions.

In the area of wealth taxation, Pauline assists her French and foreign clients, in particular on legal and fiscal aspects relating to the structuring of the holding of their movable and immovable assets, as well as in the preparation of their transfer.

Before joining Squair, Pauline worked for leading firms (Fidal, Lamy-Lexel and Akilys). She is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
