Pauline advises and litigates in the field of tax law for companies and individuals.

She assists French and foreign companies with the management of their day-to-day operations, as well as with the implementation of structuring or strategic transactions.

In the area of wealth taxation, Pauline assists her French and foreign clients in particular with the legal and tax aspects of structuring the ownership of their movable and immovable assets, and anticipating their transfer.

Prior to joining Squair, Pauline worked for leading law firms (Fidal, Lamy-Lexel and Akilys). She holds a Master II in Tax Law from Lyon 3 University and is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
