Philippe Henky has developed expertise in tax law in a French and international context. Philippe advises French and foreign companies (SMEs, family groups, foreign private banks, and trust companies) on all their tax issues.

Philippe also advises wealthy individuals (tax residents or not) on the structuring and transfer of their private and professional interests (shares, real estate, estate planning), and handles their tax reporting obligations (income tax, wealth tax, ...).

Finally, he regularly assists individuals or companies in tax audits or disputes in France.

Before joining Squair, Philippe worked for leading international and French firms in his field including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Tirard Naudin. He is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the Lille Catholic University.
