Philippe works in tax law in a French and international context. He advises French companies (SMEs and family groups) and foreign companies (in particular foreign private banks and “trust companies”) on all their tax issues.

Philippe also works with private clients (resident and non-resident) made up of business managers and families, in terms of the structuring and transmission of their private and professional assets (sales of titles, transfer of real estate, estate planning), and manages all of their reporting obligations (income tax, real estate wealth tax, etc.).

Finally, he regularly assists individuals and companies during tax audits or disputes in which they are subject in France.

Before joining Squair, Philippe worked for leading French and international firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) or Tirard Naudin.
