Sandra has an expertise in employment law and regularly advises startups, SMEs and international groups, listed and unlisted, in the context of mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, reorganizations and international transfers of employees, in various sectors of activity, in particular: energy, environment, environment, digital marketing, digital marketing, digital marketing, real estate, private higher education, personal services, and consulting.

She also assists managers in their daily issues, including the management of collective relationships, the drafting of collective agreements and the negotiation with social partners, individual employment relationships, compensation plans, international mobility, compliance policies and codes of conduct, compliance policies and codes of conduct, relationships with local authorities and administrations, and topics relating to health and safety at work. Sandra has acquired particular expertise in supporting and defending executive officers and corporate officers.

During her career, Sandra worked for 15 years in French and international groups as Human Resources Director and Director of Social Relations (Publicis, BNP Paribas, CITEO). In this capacity, she has participated in numerous mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations and structuring of the human resources function in contexts with high social challenges and business model changes. These experiences allow Sandra to offer her clients strategic and pragmatic support, taking into account the many factors that can influence decision-making within a company.

Sandra worked at DS Avocats and then at Earth Avocats as a partner, before joining Squair in 2023. She is a member of the association of corporate lawyers in social law.
