Stéphane has been working for more than 20 years in corporate law and in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions (venture capital, development capital, LBO). He advises and supports French and foreign groups of all sizes, listed and unlisted, investment funds, start-ups and business managers in their establishment projects, investment transactions, external growth and internal restructuring, both in France and internationally.

Stéphane has also developed recognized expertise in corporate governance and international contracts, in particular in the negotiation of joint ventures, partnerships and consortia. He regularly assists general management and legal departments of companies in the context of risk audits, reorganization projects and governance structuring.

He regularly works in the energy, environment, industry, services and ICT sectors.

Before joining Squair, Stéphane was a partner in several French and international business firms recognized in Corporate/M&A (Fieldfisher, Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent, Herald and Grant Thornton Société d'Avocats).
