Stéphanie is involved in construction law. She mainly assists project owners, private and public persons, in advice, as well as in litigation, at each stage of a construction operation, from preventive injunction to the expiry of legal guarantees.

She works alongside her clients in the negotiation, drafting and execution of their contracts, including in the context of complex real estate transactions. It deals with technical, financial or even insurance issues that may arise during construction between the various actors. In particular, it ensures the follow-up of litigation procedures, accompanied by judicial expertise measures, falling under both judicial and administrative jurisdictions.

Stéphanie teaches construction insurance for a Master's degree from ESTP, and regularly provides training in construction law, in particular for Le Moniteur.

Stéphanie started her career at DS Avocats in 2012 where she became a pre-partner, before joining forces with Earth Avocats in 2021 and then joining Squair in 2023.
