A lawyer practicing since 2011, first in Paris and then in Bordeaux, Stéphanie has an expertise in restructuring and business litigation.

She assists companies and their managers in dealing with their difficulties of any kind, either in an amicable framework (ad hoc mandate, conciliation, etc.) or in collective proceedings (safeguard, receivership or judicial liquidation). She also advises buyers of companies in difficulty (in plans to sell or sell assets separately), shareholders and creditors facing a context of companies in difficulty, as well as legal representatives.

Stéphanie discovered the law of companies in difficulty from Maître Hélène Bourbouloux, judicial administrator, under whose supervision she completed several internships within the FHBX firm. She then worked for 9 years with Maître Patricia Le Marchand at PLM Avocats before creating her own law firm. She has been a partner at Squair since February 2024.
