A lawyer at the Lyon Bar since 2011, Thomas has an expertise in employment law and social security law, both in advice and in litigation.

During his career, he has developed specific expertise in the area of individual and collective working relationships and occupational health, and has extensive experience in dealing with technical issues relating in particular to health and safety at work, discrimination and psycho-social risks. Thomas has also trained alongside the best professionals in the field of social security and has developed a niche activity in the context of actions for the reimbursement of social security contributions and contesting URSSAF control.

Recognized for his pragmatism and creativity, Thomas supports a clientele composed of managers of French and foreign companies (Startups, SMEs and ETI) in the daily management of individual and collective employment relationships. Its customers come from all sectors of activity (cleaning, real estate, real estate, architecture, architecture, catering, design offices, safety prevention, CGP, liberal professions...). He also assists executives and senior managers both in the amicable phase and in the context of litigation.

Thomas worked for leading national firms and developed his own structure before joining Squair as a partner. Thomas is also a lecturer at Lyon 3 University.
