A lawyer at the Lyon Bar since 2017, Yasmina works mainly in corporate law and Corporate M&A with clients from various sectors, in particular the health sector, in carrying out mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions. She advises managers and partners on corporate issues, the implementation of governance as well as on transfer transactions.
After working in the banking and financial sector, Yasmina joined the legal profession and developed multidisciplinary expertise allowing her to understand the financial and legal aspects of transactions in an operational manner.
Before joining Squair, Yasmina worked at CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon and Akilys Avocats (Lyon).
