Anne-Charlotte Marvalin joins Squair as a partner

A lawyer since 2017, Anne-Charlotte Marvalin works in corporate law with companies of all sizes, which she assists in their creation, restructuring, growth or transfer operations.

In particular, she ensures legal security for fundraising and the entry of investors. She also intervenes in the organization of relationships between partners, the establishment of pacts, as well as on exceptional transactions such as mergers, partial contributions of assets or contributions of securities. Anne-Charlotte also helps her clients connect with the sale or acquisition of businesses.
