Camille Mondoloni joins Squair as a partner

A lawyer since 2012, Camille Mondoloni advises managers and business leaders in the context of their corporate law projects, from structuring to fundraising, including external growth and sale transactions, and the implementation of management packages. She has also developed expertise in the legal follow-up of companies listed on Euronext Growth and operates in all fields (Construction, Tech, music, aeronautics, etc.).

Before joining Squair, Camille acquired solid experience in leading Anglo-Saxon firms (Baker Mckenzie and Eversheds Surtherland), in a Parisian firm (PDGB Avocats) and spent seven years at Balthazar Associés, an M&A boutique.

Camille has an LLM in American law from Boston University, a Master 2 in comparative business law from Lyon II and Montreal universities, as well as a Certificate in Chinese law. Since April 2023, she has been certified as a director by EM Lyon, which allows her to act as an administrator on boards of directors. She is registered at the Paris Bar and the New York Bar.
