She also has a solid experience in restructuring, which allows her to advise and support companies in difficulty during amicable (conciliation, ad hoc mandate) and judicial procedures (safeguard, reorganization and judicial liquidation), to assist managers in the context of legal proceedings initiated against them by judicial representatives (in particular liability actions, liability claims and personal sanctions) and to assist buyers in their business takeover projects.
Admitted to the Lyon Bar since December 2013, she holds a DEA in business law and a doctorate from Jean Moulin Lyon III University.
Before joining Squair, she worked for more than 10 years in the commercial litigation/restructuring department of Lamy et Associés, now Fiducial Legal by Lamy, before establishing herself as an independent lawyer in her areas of expertise.
