Morgane Morey joins Squair as a partner

Morgane Morey has been supporting and advising manufacturers of health products and similar products for about fifteen years on all legal and regulatory issues that they may encounter throughout the life cycle of products or companies.

She also works on innovative projects for digital and electronic health service companies as well as for various public agencies.

Morgane also aims to assist the corporate department on sector operations and assists companies with product litigation.

Holder of a Master in public and private health law and a Master in medical and pharmaceutical law obtained in 2009 (University Aix-Marseille III), as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law obtained in 2010 (BPPlaw School London), Morgane began her career in Anglo-Saxon firms (Simmons & Simmons and Dechert) then joined French firms (Fidal and LPA Law) in order to structure and develop their activity.

With the arrival of Morgane Morey, Squair now offers its clients 360° support in health law. His recruitment is in fact in line with that of Mathieu Gautier, who assists health professionals and institutions in health regulations, and usefully complements the practices of Anne-Sophie Lilti, in industrial risk litigation and defective products, Clémentine Beaussier, who assists in particular digital and “tech” players in e-health; of Elodie Santiago in health litigation and of Yasmina Foudil, who intervenes in corporate health operations.
