National diagnosis on anti-corruption systems in companies - the AFA message behind the statistics

On October 30, 2024, the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA) published a new national diagnosis on anti-corruption mechanisms in companies. The director, Ms. Isabelle Jegouzo, who has presided over the destiny of the AFA for a year and a half, notes from the introduction the progress observed in the knowledge of corruption and influence peddling offenses.
