Private security is a highly regulated sector in France, where the use of specific tools and materials is a legal requirement. Among them, some supports - most often referred to as”notebooks“or”registries“and for the most part all mandatory - are supposed to meet a specific objective and to ensure the traceability of the actions of agents, in addition to measuring the effective involvement of managers. Their good conduct must thus make it possible to justify the conformity of the missions of companies with the requirements of the provisions of the Internal Security Code and the Labor Code.
