Ratio of caregivers in hospital services: a step towards better care, but a real application that raises questions

Law No. 2025-74 of January 29, 2025 relating to the establishment of a minimum number of caregivers per inpatient was adopted and promulgated on January 30, 2025. The objective of this law is to guarantee the quality and safety of care by establishing a minimum ratio of caregivers for each specialty and each type of hospital care activity.
