Squair advises Anett in financing the acquisition of Kalhyge

Kalhyge is number 2 in the rental and maintenance of professional linen and hygiene equipment for actors in health, industry, hotels and restaurants or communities. Its owner since 2016, NEHSDevelopement (a diversification subsidiary of the Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers), wanted to disengage.

Anett takes control of his competitor as part of an over-the-counter transaction facilitated by the banking and insurance consulting firm Arès. Nehs Development reinvests to hold between 5 and 20% of the shares, alongside the group's management. The operation is financed by equity and by bank debt in two instalments co-arranged by Société Générale and BPACA.
