Anett takes control of his competitor as part of an over-the-counter transaction facilitated by the banking and insurance consulting firm Arès. Nehs Development reinvests to hold between 5 and 20% of the shares, alongside the group's management. The operation is financed by equity and by bank debt in two instalments co-arranged by Société Générale and BPACA.
