The family group ÔVoyages, a generalist and independent tour operator, welcomes in its capital two investors, who together take an equal share of the company while remaining a minority: BPI France via its France Investissement Tourisme 3 fund, and Turenne Groupe through the investment company SLP Sélection & Opportunities.
According to Samia Benslimane, co-founder and director of the group,” Ôvoyages has reached a level of maturity that makes it a tour operator and key distribution supplier.. [...] However, our growth potential remains considerable. With these two partners, we have the opportunity to accelerate our development ”.
With this operation, Ôvoyages aims to quickly double in size, with a turnover target of more than 480 million euros in 2028.This doubling of the business will be achieved through organic growth, but also through external growth operations.
The Ôvoyages group was supported in this operation by Squair (Financing: Blandine Gény, Partner).
